Donald Lee

Head of Asia Pacific

Donald Lee is Head of Asia Pacific and is the Head of our affiliate, Meraki Global Advisors (HK) Ltd, which is fully authorized and regulated by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

Mr. Lee joined Meraki after spending a total of over 27 years on the sell side and heading various global investment bank’s institutional client businesses in the Asia Pacific region. Most recently, he served as Co-Head of APAC Client Trading and Execution for Deutsche Bank (DB) in Hong Kong. Prior to DB, Lee spent 17 years with Credit Suisse where he began as Head of Korea/Taiwan Client Trading and then Head of Korea Cash Equities, after which he was promoted to Co-Head of APAC Cash Equities & Head of APAC Client Trading and Execution in Hong Kong. In this role Mr. Lee was responsible for the management and ownership of strategic initiatives for CS’ client facing business and revenues across 10 Asian markets and relevant teams based globally. Mr. Lee served on the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse (HK) Ltd and Credit Suisse Securities (HK) Ltd as well as the Global Equities Operating Committee. Mr. Lee graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Canada with a Bachelors Arts in Economics.
